Please read these Terms of Sale carefully and ensure you understand them before purchasing any product from our site. By making a purchase, you automatically agree to these Terms of Sale.

Products, Prices, and Availability

We strive to ensure that all images and descriptions of the products available on our site accurately represent the actual items. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations in color may occur between the image and the actual product. Likewise, packaging images and descriptions are indicative and may differ from the real packaging.

We cannot guarantee that all products will always be available. Availability information is displayed on our site when possible but may not always be accurate.

We reserve the right to change prices, add, modify, or remove special offers at any time.

Shipping costs are not always included in the product prices shown on the site. Available delivery options and their respective costs will be presented to you during the checkout process.

For international orders, customs duties may apply in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival of the package, in addition to shipping and handling fees. We cannot offer discounts or refunds for these charges.

Orders

Our website will guide you through the purchase process. Before confirming your order, you will have the chance to review and modify it. Please check it carefully before submitting.

If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable to process your order due to missing or incorrect details, we will reach out to you to correct them. If we do not receive the correct information within a reasonable time, the order will be canceled. Any costs incurred due to incorrect data may be charged to you.

The Pink Lemonade Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason. If your order is not accepted or cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed via email. If payment has already been made, you will receive a refund within 30 days.

Payments and Refunds

Payment for products and any applicable shipping fees must be made in advance during checkout.

Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. For returns, refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the item at our warehouse. The Pink Lemonade Store is not responsible for any fees applied by your payment provider.

Shipping

All products purchased from our site are shipped from our warehouse. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Shipping times may be longer for pre-ordered or custom-made items. In case of delays, we will keep you informed.

If we are unable to deliver the product to the provided address, the courier will leave a notice with instructions to schedule a new delivery. If you fail to collect the package or arrange a new delivery, storage and redelivery fees may apply. If we cannot contact you or arrange a new shipment, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, deducting any incurred costs.

Delivery is considered complete and responsibility for the product transfers to you once the package is delivered to the provided address.

Ownership of the product transfers to you only after full payment of the order, including any shipping fees.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible to request a refund, repair, or replacement.

You have 14 days from receiving the item to request a full refund if the product does not match its description.

Claims for defects or damages cannot be made if you were already aware of the issue before purchase.

Order Cancellation and Returns

Requests for order cancellations or modifications must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted as the item will already be in production or shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting our support team. We will assist you in arranging the return.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded, and we only accept returns for items in perfect condition, including the Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable) and all accessories originally included. Customs duties paid upon importation cannot be refunded.

Liability

We are responsible for any foreseeable losses or damages resulting from our negligence or a breach of these Terms of Sale. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen damages or losses.

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to force majeure events beyond our control. If such events occur, we will inform you as soon as possible and take all reasonable steps to minimize delays.

Transfer of Obligations

We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Sale to a third party, such as in the event of a business sale. If this happens, you will be notified in writing, but your rights will not be affected.
