ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

We carefully inspect each product before shipping. In general, orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks.
 Time-limited editions are produced and authenticated after the launch, so they may take longer to be delivered. During checkout, you will receive an estimated shipping time based on your specific order.

How will my order be packaged?

We ship all our products in custom-designed packaging to ensure maximum protection. If applicable, a certificate of authenticity will be included inside the package. Shipping labels and customs documents will be attached to the outside of the parcel.
 Please handle your order with care when opening and unpacking.
 If you order multiple copies of the same item, they may be shipped together. Framed products, however, will be shipped separately.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of the product. The fee is calculated at checkout and included in the total order amount. All orders are shipped via our selected courier partners.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping with selected couriers.
 Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties in the destination country. Import taxes must be paid upon arrival and are additional costs beyond shipping fees.
 Since customs charges are government-imposed, we unfortunately cannot offer discounts or refunds on these fees.
 If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at info@thepinklemonade.store, and we will request a shipping quote from our couriers.

How do you declare international shipments?

We declare all shipments as limited edition artworks, depending on the nature of the purchased product. The declared amount will match the actual price paid for the product. We cannot mark shipments as "gifts."

Is my order insured during shipping?

We always assess the product's value to determine the necessary insurance coverage in case of any issues during delivery.
 In any case, our support team is always available to assist you!

Will I have to pay taxes and customs duties?

All shipments are made from our warehouses in Italy and our partners in the USA.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • For EU shipments, VAT is charged based on the local tax rate. During checkout, VAT will be automatically calculated and displayed.

  • For VAT-registered businesses, contact us in advance to receive a tax-exempt invoice.

Customs Duties

  • Shipments may be subject to customs duties, which vary depending on the destination country's regulations.

  • The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and customs fees.

How long does shipping take?

We use trusted couriers for all shipments. If you need express shipping, contact us, and we will do our best to arrange a faster delivery.
 Most shipments arrive within 3-7 business days after the order is handed over to the courier, depending on the destination.

Do prices include VAT?

  • VAT is applied only if the shipment is to an EU country. In this case, the displayed price will automatically include the local VAT.

  • If you are purchasing for a VAT-registered business, contact us before purchasing to receive a tax-exempt invoice.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Italy.

Which couriers do you use?

We rely on GLS, FedEx, DHL, and other specialized shipping companies to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
