Can I change my mind after placing an order?
If you change your mind immediately after placing an order, you can contact us directly via email at info@thepinklemonade.store.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
All cancellation or modification requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests beyond this timeframe, as the product will have already been shipped to the provided address or sent to our studio and production partners for processing.
My product arrived, and it’s not what I expected. What can I do?
If the product you received does not meet your expectations or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible via live chat or email at info@thepinklemonade.store. You have 14 days to report any issues.
If applicable, we will be happy to arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.
Please note that claims cannot be made for issues that were already disclosed before purchase.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us and request a refund by writing to info@thepinklemonade.store.
We only accept returns for products in perfect condition, with their original packaging and all included documentation, such as the Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable) and any other items contained in the package.

Return costs: €10 + shipping if returned for personal reasons.

Free return in case of incorrect or defective items.
We will arrange a home pickup, coordinating with you directly and providing a tracking number to monitor the return shipment.
Please do not book a courier independently, as this may affect tracking and make your return ineligible for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days of its arrival at our warehouse.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

The refund covers the product price, minus a handling fee based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

If your shipping address was within the European Union, we will also refund the VAT paid at the time of purchase.

Customs duties cannot be refunded, but in some cases, you may be able to request a refund directly from your country’s tax authorities.
Am I eligible for a refund or replacement?
Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with the Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable). We cannot accept returns without the Certificate of Authenticity.
How does international returns work?
We accept returns from all over the world. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, which must be traceable (we will provide the return label). We kindly ask that you do not book your own courier, as this may affect the return’s traceability and eligibility for a refund.
To minimize the risk of customs charges, the package must be clearly labeled with the phrase "Returned goods – no commercial value – Origin: [country of origin]" and must include a copy of the original invoice.
For returns from outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges incurred when the package re-enters the EU will be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of incorrect declaration, incomplete documentation, or mishandling of customs by the customer, any additional fees (including VAT, customs duties, or handling fees) will also be deducted from the refund.
If the package is rejected by customs or fails to arrive due to customer error, no refund will be issued.
